Nau mai, haere mai!
We’re excited to welcome you to Hamilton, located in the mighty Waikato Region of New Zealand. The World Indigenous Suicide Prevention Conference 2026 will take place from 4–7 November 2026 in Hamilton, New Zealand at the Tūrangawaewae Marae & Hōpūhōpū.
Below, you’ll find key information to help you plan your travel.
Citizens of visa waiver countries (including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, and others) must hold an NZeTA before boarding a flight. The NZeTA is valid for multiple visits over two years.
Visitor Visa
Delegates from countries not covered by the visa waiver scheme will need to apply for a visitor visa in advance. Processing times vary, so we recommend applying at least 8-10 weeks before travel.
Australian Citizens
Australian citizens do not require a visa or an NZeTA to enter New Zealand.
For full details and to check your requirements, please visit the official Immigration New Zealand website: www.immigration.govt.nz.
Invitation Letters
If you require an official letter of invitation to support your visa application, please contact the conference organisers at: register.wispc2026@arinexgroup.com.
Letters of invitation are issued only to registered delegates who have completed their conference registration and payment.
